CRYSTAL PENDANT QUALITY GUIDEA-GRADE= best grade machine cut and polished crystal, these have sharper facets and are nicer than the grade 1 range.GRADE 1 = good mid quality grade- hand cut k9 crystal.GRADE 2 = budget grade-handcut k9crystal (may have flawes such as air bubbles or rough edges or minor marks/chips) we always pick the best ones we can find for your order. COATED means- a dyed colour on a clear crystal as some colours cannot be made in a solid form. Coated colours are not always perfect and may have irregular cover of the colour.AB means- Aurora Borealis, Northern Lights. This is a coating on 1 side of the crystal that gives a shimmering effect under different light conditions (coated colours and Ab coatings are prone to light scratches) SB means- Silver Backed, octagons that have a mirror or silver coated side. This gives a mirrored effect and changes the colour of the crystal under different lights.Note- We inspect all the crystal balls and larger pendants for chips and scratches, but we cannot inspect every octagon that we pack. These crystals are sold at a budget price in comparison to the European brands. The overall quality is very good but please be aware that some beads may not be perfect. Products may have minor imperfections from manufacturing processes. We always pack the best of the quality we have and any obvious flawed crystals are removed before packing.
